He took an As-is family property and helped us decide exactly what to do to sell it in the least amount of time for the most money. I highly recommend Dave Zimmerman. As executor of a trust, I was attempting to sell my parents’ house following their deaths. Dave knew exactly how to handle selling the house as part of a trust.
