I injured my neck in an eFoiling accident, which caused it to lock up and left me with constant headaches. Wes and Nate were absolutely incredible — they guided me through recovery, helped strengthen my neck and shoulders to prevent it from happening again, and worked with me to identify and eliminate my headache triggers. I’m now two weeks headache-free, getting back into shape, and feeling strong again. Thank you so much, guys — absolute life savers! Back out to the waves I go!!!

After sustaining a serious right elbow injury in January 2024, post surgery Physio with Nate was the best thing I chose to do for my recovery. His knowledge and expertise in all things rehab, physio, recovery and understanding was next level. I’ve gained full extension back and majority of my flexion which I didn’t believe was achievable, as well as being able to do certain Olympic lifting movements in the gym which I also didn’t think was achievable!
