adorable This little shop next to the cove has a qaint little atmoshpere about it. They have unique items such as paintings, shells, and historical books about the cave below the store. The cave is what really draws the crowd, for only $5.00 they let you go down into the cave on a tour. The money goes to the restroration of the cave so that there are no cave ins and the cave can be shared with our future locals.
Cave Store is neat for kids I took my kids here to experience the cave within the store. We paid a few bucks and walked down 150 or so wet stairs to get to the sea cave. Pretty neat!
The History Its wonderful to see the pictures that are decades old of La Jolla and the history of the cave. Its great to walk around and see all the cool things and then once and a while look out at the ocean thats right out side the window. I recommend going into the cave, even though you have to pay. Its quite an experience! Its almost scary going down all those stars not really knowing where it leads, but at the end its beautiful!
The Cave Store has a 4.3 star rating with 1,870 reviews.
