If you ever travel through this area of Wyoming, you HAVE to stop here! The bison sirloin was simply the BEST steak I've ever eaten so far!! Sam & I split the 12 oz, and it was exactly right, delicious side items, wonderfully spicy drinks... sigh.... simply heavenly! The decor is wonderful - especially if you like old buildings!
Had a great time at Cavalryman steakhouse, had steak and crab for our first time There! SO GOOD!!
This is the 2nd time here and everything was perfect we traveled up today from Greeley Co. for the sole purpose of a good Easter dinner and to spend the evening in Laramie !
Decided to try out their brunch and it was the best brunch I have had! Delicious and at a great price.

The Cavalryman did not disappoint. The mushroom appetizers were excellent, the soda bread and honey butter delicious. The steaks (ribeye) were the best I've had in a long time, way better than that roadhouse place! Then dessert creme breulee with black coffee was the perfect finale. The Irish dancers on St Pattys day were a great treat for all. Thanks Cavalryman!
