They were well taken care of Just a note to say many thanks for taking care of fluffy & django for us while we were away. They’re very happy to be home, but we can tell they were well taken care of while we were gone – & we like their panty shaves!

Pleased with Niambh’s grooming! I was just going to write to you today and say how pleased I was with Niambh’s grooming! She smells great and no longer has fleas AND her awful mats are gone! She is a happy kitty and I am happy too. I will not only use your service again, but I will tell everyone I know with cats about The Cats’ Inn. Thank you again for the excellent care you gave Niambh.
I highly recommend I highly recommend this place. Especially since there aren’t any dogs there to freak them out.
We appreciated the time and energy you spent I just wanted to let you know how we appreciated the time and energy you spent grooming our cat, Lilly, this past Monday morning. It was a long and not joyful process for Lilly, but she looks fantastic and I’m sure she feels lots better…and she did not even hiss at my husband when we got back home, as is customary, Seriously, thanks also for allowing us to attend and offer our two cents during the grooming process.
FINALLY -- Only for CATS! My cat was ALWAYS scared when i went on my vacation because of the dogs that were being boardered along side them... This is the only boarding facility for CATS ONLY!!! Thank you for having this! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The staff is friendly The staff is friendly and they are very good in handling skittish nervous felines. This is the only place I will take my cats. Sometimes it is only for a nail trim, and other times it has been for a flea bath. I highly recommend them.
Wonderful I would like to thank you for how wonderful you made Nigel feel when he was there. Because of your wonderful environment, his last few car rides were stress free and happy. In the past, he would always have a miserable trip, short or long, and would make it difficult for us to take him anywhere, including the Vet, only 5 minutes away. He always left your place relaxed and happy.
Excellent Cat Care! I have 3 cats (all with different personalities) that have boarded with The Cats' Inn several times. Their last stay was for 5+ months while I went through a crazy move and some health issues! The staff was great - allowing me to visit any time during open hours, sending me pictures, and telling me funny stories about my cats. One of my cats went through some mood swings, but the staff seemed very familiar with how to handle the different personalities - so I didn't feel as though it was a huge problem. M... read more
