Terrible experience ever. Keynote to save people's time: they forced me to pay$125(the price on their website is $75) otherwise they don't give me back my cat. First, the manager promised they will gave me a call when the grooming is finished. But then she totally forget about calling me until 5:03 pm. She called me at 5:03 and told me that they are closing. So I have to pick up the cat as soon as possible or I'll need to board the cat at their place with $40 extra cost.
