Lived there in 2017. I complained multiple times about our neighbor next door playing loud video games. This was extremely rude as my wife had just undergone surgery but they never addressed the issue. The pool stayed green for weeks even though this was a major reason we chose Catherine town homes. The pool was down even longer when they decided to paint it which required weeks of noisy contract workers. When we moved out they dreamed up many lies to add to our final bill. Run Run far and fast do not rent here!!!!
