I have absolutely loved living at the Catherine so far. Kendall was my leading agent and she was incredible!! Everything about living here makes it feel like I’m on vacation every day and everyone is so friendly. It is so welcoming for me too especially with a puppy knowing that they are dog friendly. I could not recommend living here more especially as a female living alone I always feel so safe!
The fire alarm has gone off almost every night for two weeks. I submitted maintenance requests every other day: no fix, no communication, nothing. Then on July 30, maintenance entered my unit for sprinkler work (the same notice that threatens residents with a $500 fine if they can't get access) and left: a hole in my ceiling, debris all over my floor, a ladder in my living room, my stressed dog home alone and my front door UNLOCKED with nobody there. Cheaply built complex, believe the other negative reviews as they are factual. Can hear neighbors talking through my walls. Pipe bursts happen often, the cabinets are cheaply made with scratches and rust on the hardware. Appliances are outdated and are not energy efficient, expect a high light bill. Management/maintenance are cheap. This is not a true"luxury" place, because luxury is in the details. I’ve been without A/C for a month during one of the hottest times of the year. This is one of the most expensive apartment communities in the area, yet as of June 29 my A/C still hasn’t been repaired. The issue started on May 28. I submitted three maintenance requests. The first two repairs only lasted a couple of days, and after the third visit I was told they’re waiting on a replacement part.
