Parking is horrendous, valet trash is a joke, and the leasing office staff never responds or they are not helpful.
The Catherine of Roswell was truly our home for almost 3 years. I truly enjoyed living there. The security, the attention to issues, and the extra amenities are great. I miss my apartment! Attention! Listen, the asking is the giving. Because, you see, in 3 years I left the apartment almost as it was when I received it, ready for someone to live there. So, I received my entire deposit back. I am now even happier and more satisfied with everything at Cathering, Tanks, Tony, Jennifer, and all the staff.
This is an honest review from someone who has experienced living here for over a year. If you want a peaceful quiet place to live do NOT move here! The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from stomping, to loud music or tvs. Tenants do not pick up dog poop so the community is covered in nasty old dog poop. The management team does not enforce anything here. The pool is always closed because they claim it is not clean enough to swim in. Packages are always getting lost. I love the community, the Management team was very nice since the first time, Tony, Jennifer & Morgan were always willing to give me the unit that better fitted me, the community is quite, organized, clean, and the people that lives here are awesome as well, polite & nice.the only thing the Community needs is at least 2 Units without carpet, more options to people, everything else is 5 stars
