I have had a very disappointing experience living at this apartment complex. The rent is extremely high for what you get, with old, cheap appliances and ongoing maintenance issues that are never properly resolved. I believe this is a management concern, the maintenance team does their best with their resources. Smoking marijuana is a constant issue throughout the property and common areas, with no enforcement or repercussions from management. My husband, our pup, and I have lived here nearly a year. Sadly we will be leaving at the end of our first year's lease, we have loved the community as well as the location. The staff is so kind to us and even kinder to our dog haha. Free coffee, free dog treats, often free breakfast or other fun items.
Had a great experience living at The Catherine. The staff was great and responsive, specifically Jen Giles. Highly recommend!
