Living at The Catherine has honestly been a great experience. Jennifer from management is always so kind, helpful, and informative anytime we need something. The maintenance/building staff is also super responsive and quick to fix any issues in the apartment. The whole building has a really relaxing hotel-like atmosphere — especially the pool, garden areas, and guest spaces. It just feels peaceful and welcoming overall.
Cheaply built complex, believe the other negative reviews as they are factual. Can hear neighbors talking through my walls. Pipe bursts happen often, the cabinets are cheaply made with scratches and rust on the hardware. Appliances are outdated and are not energy efficient, expect a high light bill. Management/maintenance are cheap. This is not a true"luxury" place, because luxury is in the details. I recommend saving yourself from headaches and looking elsewhere!
I lived at The Catherine in 2024–2025 in Building One, and I had a great experience overall. After reading some of the negative reviews, I can honestly say they didn’t reflect my experience. The management team was excellent especially Jennifer. She was always professional, responsive, helpful, and overall just an awesome person. I have had a very disappointing experience living at this apartment complex. The rent is extremely high for what you get, with old, cheap appliances and ongoing maintenance issues that are never properly resolved. I believe this is a management concern, the maintenance team does their best with their resources. Smoking marijuana is a constant issue throughout the property and common areas, with no enforcement or repercussions from management.
