If I could award more than 5 stars, I would! I worked with Ana Valle to plan a Celebration of Life for my mother—all from over 800 miles away. Ana located several appropriate venues to revue, helped me select the perfect site, and then attended to many of numerous details (set-up, linens, audio-visual requirements, etc.). In addition, Ana recommended a wonderful local florist, who honored my Mother’s memory with arrangements that featured Mom’s favorite flowers and colors. I highly recommend The Caterist, which catered a celebration of life that my family had for my mother this July. Emily, our event producer, was marvelous. She was extremely reliable and creative, and was sensitive to our needs, assisting us in myriad ways, including food and beverage selection, the design and colors of the event space, and a florist. Every time I visit Chicago, The Caterist has provided the meals, and they’ve always exceeded my expectations! Shoutout to Elizabeth, who is always friendly and helpful, she even goes above and beyond making protein shakes, which are hard to come by while traveling.
