I worked closely with Emily, and she went above and beyond to tailor the menu to my needs for the event (a passed-tray reception) and the budget I was working with. The Caterist delivers high-quality, delicious food and elegant presentation. On top of that, service was top-notch and Emily was always available to me. I love that they are local to Evanston, too.
Ana and her team were amazing so accommodating. They were able to put dishes together for the Italian side of our wedding, as well as the Filipino side, and put together delicious cocktails as well. People were raving about them and their service for weeks after our big day, I can’t recommend the caterist enough!
We hired Caterist for our wedding in July 2025. We hired Caterist because they had the menu we most desired and after tastings at a couple places, we went with them. They were so easy and nice to work with. The food and drinks on the day of was even more delicious than we'd remembered in our tasting! And the staff was incredibly nice on the day of. We'd recommend Caterist again to anyone. Thanks Caterist!
The Caterist was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding! From the very beginning, they were highly responsive, answering all of our questions promptly and addressing any concerns we had. Their communication style was fantastic.
