Vet Staff Tanks Vet Sadly, I cannot recommend this hospital. While the vet is very knowledgeable, her staff is awful - insensitive, disorganized, with extraordinarily poor communication skills. She is poorly served by her most senior employees. And ailing cats suffer because of it. I know of too many local folks who will NEVER set foot in the hospital again, despite general agreement that the vet is actually good, knows a lot about cats, and wants to do the best, because of surprising interactions with some of her staff who ... read more
Wonderful place for your cat The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable. You can drop off your cat in the am so they can provide the service you requested and pick it up on your way home in the afternoon. Prices are typical for any vet.
Four Stars! I LOVE the Cat Hospital. Dr. R is very smart and communicative. She's flexible and seems to really love all the cats in her care. Her staff frequently go above and beyond. They all just helped me see my aging tiger cat through home-based "kitty hospice" and I'm so happy for the quality of life he enjoyed until his last day.
Consider Different Vets in the Area A friend had reccomended that I bring my new cat to The Cat Hosipital because she brought her cat there for many years.I thought I'd give them a try because, even though I loved my previous vet, I knew going back would bring back memories of the cat I lost about 6 months ago to cancer. Needless to say, I should have stayed where I went before because this was the worst mistake I ever made when it comes to my pets well-being.Don't know if I was spoiled at the other clinic, or if this place ... read more
