We were customers/patients of Dr Tracy’s since she opened on Lyons Avenue. Over the years she became a very dear friend of not only our kitties but of ours as well. They are so caring and loving with all the kitties. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. They are understanding and supportive. I want to thank Dr Megan for taking such good care of Claire during her dental cleaning and extractions. Thank you for the email card too. I am still thinking of the impression Dr. Tracy made on Sara and I when we brought our two rescue cats in for there first visit. Dr. Tracy was referred to us by my Daughter in law, Megan and we are extremely grateful to her for that referral. Sara and I got to know Dr. Tracy as an extremely kind, gentle and caring person who really demonstrated love for our new family members. That Cat Doctor and Friends is the only place I will ever take my kitties! Tracy saved many of their lives and extended them beyond with a good quality of life. They are compassionate, loving, and provide the best care possible for kitties. They always have appointments open early in the morning for same day. Which means you do not have to pay for an emergency visit and you can always get in if you have a sick kitty. That means the world to me!
We have been with them for 18 years. You won’t find a more loving and caring staff.
