I went to the cat doctor in Ventura yesterday. Everything went great until payment. I was over charged and it took two transactions to get refunded the correct amount. The receptionist whom charged my card was very rude and didn't take any accountability for her mistake. She just passed me on to a technician instead of finishing with me.
