I have been bringing my cat to the cat clinic for 2 years & always had a positive experience until today. The veterinarian was out of town & I came in to have my cat’s nails trimmed. I could tell by my cats crying that the person restraining him was hurting him. I asked to help but they wouldn’t let me. They did not finish. The brunette girl bad mouthed me. I will not be returning nor do I recommend them. I will not allow anyone to abuse my cat!
My 19 yr old cat is a patient, had a recent visit, conditions worsening I called and requested a callback from vet -NEVER RECEIVED A CALLBACK. I worked for vets earlier in my life, and this is unprofessional.
