Great Place, beautiful and friendly service
I have tried to be a client of the castle spa several times. Once was for a haircut that went horribly wrong! The only thing the girl could say to me when she chopped 3 more INCHES off my hair were, "Well, it takes me 5 or 6 appointments to really get what my customer wants. Plus I didn't think you would really want me to cut your hair the way you first explained it." There wa no apology, no attempt to fix it or make me feel better.
