Always a great experience. I purchased a new car and needed to add it to my policy. I called and spoke with Sonia B., she was very respectful and helpful on the phone. I gave her the info I had and she had it ready to go when the dealer went by for the Insurance Binder. Every time I call with a question or a problem, she’s been helpful. A loyal agent is hard to find and she keeps that saying true.
