I have lived at the Casey for about 4 years and moved from New Jersey. From the friendly leasing office staff to the maintenance team managing the requests quickly, it has been such a positive experience. I found out about the Casey through google reviews back in 2021 and I signed the lease without seeing the property in person (though I did a virtual tour) and immediately knew this was the one because of the location, amenities, gym, and price. 1/5 Stars Good location, but the walls are paper-thin. A new neighbor moved into the unit below me, and I haven’t been able to sleep for weeks due to loud TV audio, often blasting until 5 AM. Despite multiple complaints, the leasing office and security team have done nothing to address the issue. When I called security, no one responded for over two hours. The leasing office even insisted the tenant had been there since August, yet I personally saw them moving in just weeks ago. It’s nearly 3 AM as I write this, and the nois... read more

I got as far as signing a lease and I was really looking forward to living here, but the job I got to move to Denver fell through. Fortunately, Cassidy with the leasing staff was very helpful through the whole process and with cancelling my lease. Only bummer is I wish I could've lived there for at least a year!
When I first found The Casey, it was the only property on Google with a 5-star rating, and it turned out that the hype was real. What I found was a professionally managed community has stayed well-maintained and staffed with people who go the extra mile to make a difference each time I renewed. Some things to remember are that this is Downtown Denver, and living in the heart of the city has its compromises.
