Be aware of this place. In the beginning when we came to this place in 2024 was ok after 3 managers everything changed the parking is bad for 150 department and maybe 100 parking places is a disaster even more if you have 2 cars which was ok in the beginning to park but now is only one car per unit. We have a contract that says if you want to break the lease is 30 days notice and all the sudden they told us that Maryland rules and regulations for rent change instead of 30 days now is 60 days well we didn't know about it, the... read more
My experience with this place awful, just awful The apartment that I rent the noise is so loud it's unbearable The people here are so mean hateful you have designated parking spot. They park in your spot and they think it's okay they get mad if you call a tow truck and it's your fault you get blamed, for it. I would not recommend, this place to nobody. They are working on the parking problem these are great apartments
This place is got bully's in it, people who dare you to get off your scooter to fight you, and there is a group of them, went to manger and only one got a letter,and nothing got done, and they still tonting me.its like high school.this is not a happy place. They let dog poop every wear,there's no parking.im handy cap, and I have to pard my scooter in my parking spot to keep it when I get back from my dr.,I gave them two letters from my dr., still no sign.this place is a joke.i fear for my life here.
