Very quick response to maintenance needs
Jordash the maintenance manager is always polite and professional. He goes above and beyond to repair what is needed. He is a very hard worker with lots of knowledge in his field and deserves a raise!!
I love my apartment and the spacious rooms, as well as the mountain views. Anthony, office manager, and Constantin in maintenance are professional and responsive. The fitness room is sufficient and the pool is well maintained. Highly recommend!
I have lived at the Cascades for almost a year now & absolutely love it. I have never experienced mgt being rude or less than professional. Susan & Anthony run leasing office & have always been professional & accommodating. Jordache is the maintenance guy & he's awesome. I've only had to call maintenance 2 times for minor things, but he responded within hours both times & resolved the issues quickly. The apartments are spacious & updated.
