We were told initially before applying that “The Guarantors” were accepted if we got declined. We had been accepted through the guarantors so we specifically looked for apartments that offer them. We then proceed to apply for the apartments, got declined, & then reached out to get the link to proceed with the guarantors as expected. We were then told we could only use them on a “conditional” application but were not told that from the beginning or we would not have applied and lost $150+ in application fees. Terrible Living Experience – I Would Not Recommend This Community My overall experience at Arium Morgan Falls was terrible. If you are looking for a safe, well-maintained place to live with your family, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Management consistently failed to address serious concerns and enforce the community’s own policies. My experience was extremely disappointing. During the non-renewal process, management attempted to impose an interpretation of the lease that was inconsistent with the actual language of the agreement. Despite the clear provisions contained in the lease, management repeatedly insisted that I owed additional rent beyond what I believe is contractually required.
