Very polite, helpful, and directional approach staff. Clean and well maintained establishment. Offered me towels and they will make change. Very reasonable prices. I will be back!
It's $3 to start the car wash yourself
The self service washer system works fine, but when using a credit card, the instructions for stopping the charge on your card are not clear. It says to press the green button to stop it, BUT THERE IS NO GREEN BUTTON! I wasted another dollar trying trying to find this button and started pressing everything in sight until it stopped by accident.
I used hand wash machine and was deducted for $10. it should be $3
bf went to get quarters but the machine malfunctioned. he put 10 dollars in and only got 5 dollars in quarters back. when he grabbed an attendant, the guy told him that he saw that the machine had an error but it’s fixed now. bf asked for the 5 dollars back and the attendant said “sorry but you can’t prove that you actually put 5 dollars in there” and offered him credit, but only if he washed his car right then. if you saw there was an error, why is it not obvious that we put in money and didn’t get it back?! and if you’re w... read more
