I haven't really had to interact with staff since the new owners (TMG, since summer '25), but so far maintenance and smell are my biggest complaints. Neighbors are quiet, bar next door to my unit books good bands. The stairwells and elevator smell like skunk or strong BO most of the time. My floor smells like cooking, but the rest of the bldg has that pungent odor that doesn't leave your nose.
