Mr. Carson is racist and unprofessional. After the second conversation with him I just canceled my application. It's 2025, people work hard for their money and don't have time to be disrespected. Just be honest and say you don't care to rent to African Americans, therefore instead of showing your ignorance you'll save yourself and others time. If your bold enough to show it, stand on it Mr. Carson. May god bless your soul and the sick person who raised you
These people are slumlord refuse to fix anything very rude and nasty to African-Americans when you try to stand up for yourself always take pictures of your apartment. You will definitely need them in court for these people. In addition to pictures provided my kitchen sink when running water in it. The waterfalls in the cabinet below it floor has started to get softer and I’m on the second floor.
I’ve been renting from this company for more than 10 years now! What I must say is we had our issues and equally frustrating (I’m no saint) but I was recently laid off and I must say the patience and understanding from everyone in that office is more appreciated than word can express! I loved leasing from Mr. Carson for the year and a half that I did. Everything that needed to be fixed was fixed. They were always so very sweet.
