You can only pay rent in-person and they have limited business hours. If you rent from them, you will to have to trust your rent to a mailed check like it's 1980, "send someone you trust" with the rent to their office, or come in person during their limited business hours. There is no way to pay your rent online with this company.
At first glance Mr.Carson seemed nice but he’s a very rude man he has a very very nasty attitude although he’s not the landlord of most properties he manages them I wouldn’t let my dog rent from him when you see Carson in Carson realtors run don’t ever rent from them you’ll be sorry plus he doesn’t return your deposit worst company I’ve ever rented from I wish I can give 0 stars !!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Carson is racist and unprofessional. After the second conversation with him I just canceled my application. It's 2025, people work hard for their money and don't have time to be disrespected. Just be honest and say you don't care to rent to African Americans, therefore instead of showing your ignorance you'll save yourself and others time. If your bold enough to show it, stand on it Mr. Carson. May god bless your soul and the sick person who raised you
These people are slumlord refuse to fix anything very rude and nasty to African-Americans when you try to stand up for yourself always take pictures of your apartment. You will definitely need them in court for these people. In addition to pictures provided my kitchen sink when running water in it. The waterfalls in the cabinet below it floor has started to get softer and I’m on the second floor.
