Leticia does an amazing job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness around our building. She's unfailingly cheerful and friendly as well.
It’s a decent building, but it feels way too expensive for the level of service we get. There are ongoing maintenance issues in the community that still haven’t really been fixed, like unsecured outdoor gates and trash rooms that are often overflowing. Service requests usually get a quick response, but a lot of them are marked as closed without the actual repair being done, which makes it frustrating to keep submitting the same requests over and over.
