I recently moved into The Carson, and I can’t say enough about the fantastic experience I had throughout the entire process! From my very first tour, the staff were absolutely amazing—welcoming, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They made me feel right at home even before I officially moved in. UPDATE FROM 2025. Just moved out of The Carson for the second time today because of work relocation. To reiterate my original 2019 review, this team is AMAZING. The leasing office is amazing, the maintenance/engineering team is prompt and very good at what they do. Understanding this complex is a "luxury living" apartment, they go above and BEYOND that. Super welcoming team, amazing location, clean apartment. It's a pleasure to call the Carson my home.
We lived in the Carson South building for 2 years. I was overjoyed to leave and would never move here again. Here's why: 1) The noise is BAD. Terrible in fact. This alone was cause for us to move once we could afford to. They really cheaped out on the windows when they built the Carson - I have lived elsewhere in PDX on busy highway roads where the windows were almost soundproof - it was absolutely possible to prevent this, and they chose not to.
