Wonderful building and amenities! I have lived at the Carson for over 2 years now and can’t recommend it enough. Our maintenance/service team, as well as management team, are incredible and always ready to help. Ryan on our maintenance team specifically has been incredibly helpful and speedy with a recent time sensitive service request. We loved our time at the Carson. After a few tries in nearby buildings, we really felt safe here. I think this is the best managed building I have ever lived in. They really go above and beyond to support residents and ensure safety. Great people, families, amenities. Ny only small complaint is that dryers are ventless and take foreverrrrrr, get a drying rack and it will help a lot.
Great building, amenities are top tier (rooftop especially!). Also staff is always super helpful, responsive and available for any questions or issues that pop up - shoutout to Bradley! Maintenance requests are always handled super quickly as well.
Our maintenance/service team these days is nothing short of stellar. I've had notably great service from the entire team over the past several months, but I have to give a shout out to Shawn for her tenacity in fixing recent issues in my place and never making me feel like a burden. She is so friendly and clearly dedicated to making our homes feel as good as possible, and I am grateful that she's on our team!
