The office is responsive Upkeep of the property is the reason for the rating. This section is from 2 years ago (2022) It’s not worth the price at all haven’t been able to use the community laundry room for over 3 months One of the machines is hooked up again but it’s not cleaned out for use but the staff had time to up the price yes it’s coin laundry I got way more complaints but I’ll post everything another time the laundry issue is bogus asf
Update: They don’t answer the phone and that’s inconvenient for tenants who who work. Sending emails that never get a follow up is frustrating.
