I retained them to do some work. However, work was done that I did not authorize and would not have approved had they bothered to discuss with me beforehand. However, they did the work and then billed me for it. Even though I have discussed it with them and the attorney (Jesse Marziale) freely admits he knows that he never even discussed it with me let alone got my approval, they continue to bill me months after the fact.
