Great team. A bit confusing with tons of emails from different people on different things throughout the process. Our agent Michelle ended up only working with us a short time and was on a family vacation and another agent Sarah filled in working with us and was fantastic right up until the last minute- there was a few hiccups- nothing to do with the Carol team, but it all worked out and we are proud new Florida home owners!!
