This use to be a great place when Dr. Carroll ran it. He is no longer there and it is AWFUL! They wont refill meds. The NP is completely ignorant on LGBT health (ironic since its an AIDS research clinic) and a total scatterbrain. If you can understand her, she would probably sound even less competent. To make it worse they dropped my insurance and didn't inform me until I got the bill. The staff is all new and worse than ever. Awesome Dr. And support staff. Never had a problem with them...until now. I have been trying to get a refill for my blood pressure meds. Since last week. Usually, just going to the patient portal and requesting it, gets me my meds in a timely manner. I have now been without them for a week. My husband called and was told that Dr. CARROLL has left. I like the Doctors but the staff and especially the lab that is in house is by far the worse experience . I will be transferring my care to a closer more professional staff
Great Dr. I really like is calm demeanor and gives me a choice in my meds.
