Travis and team were so great when I came to tour the place. He takes a lot of pride in the property and is great with current residents. He made this out of state gal feel right at home!

It’s top 5 in our community for a reason. I’ve lived here for over 5 years and I have had a consistent administration, next day response maintenance team, and a general good will amongst the residents. It not perfect, as humans, we all have are issues but we all get along here, very little issues, and the owner puts good effort into upgrading and keeping the place looking nice. I intend to stay here for years to come.
My sister and I dropped intoThe Carrington office to possibly be shown some of the apartment homes and we got a grand tour of a one and two bedroom apartment. Travis, the Assistant Manager took time to show us around and then to the office to go over pricing and the idea of moving there. The apartments were nice, roomy and the price was right. We enjoyed the showing very much.
I recently moved into Carrington Place Apartments and have had a great experience so far. Travis has been extremely helpful throughout the move-in process and has always been quick to respond when I’ve had questions. Shortly after I moved in, my air conditioning stopped working. Maintenance responded very quickly, brought a temporary unit within about an hour, and had the main air conditioning repaired by the next day.
