Lived here for 7 years now and it's a wonderful place to live in with great neighbours. Karen has developed such a sense of community among all the residents it feels like home and not just a place to live. Only down side is the previous management company cut costs with some infrastructure and we continue to have issues arising from that. It is also a VERY warm building which can be terrible in the summer. Other than that, wonderful place to live
I’ve had a great experience living at The Carrington. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Special thanks to Karen, the property manager — she is always professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Her support made my stay here comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this place!
The Carrington is really well run, there's very rarely any water shutoffs, and those are for important maintenance reasons, the fire alarm hasn't gone off once since we moved in almost a year ago which is excellent, and the buildings management, Karen, is wonderful. The only thing I'll mention is to be extra careful with your move-in inspection. We had a few issues that the building did fix quite fast, but it made the first month or so a little bit difficult. It's also a very warm building, so keep that in mind.
Karen is one the best building management the Carrington has. Always available, friendly, respectful and willing to help you with everything. Keep the good work Karen
