The place is wonderful! My mother lives here, and I haven't visited in a while! I had the great pleasure of being served by Freddy at the front desk upon arrival, which was a wonderful experience. The entire team is wonderful. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because one of the receptionists, Diego, always smells of marijuana and is extremely lazy when it comes to carrying out any activity. They should work on that. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
I visited this location and I was racially discriminated against. I am extremely dissatisfied and embarrassed about the service that I received. I went to this location and I saw assistance with the front desk. The man that was at the front desk was a Hispanic male he added someone in front of me that was a Hispanic male, and he spoke only Spanish when he saw me he did not even greet me And he proceeded to look at me as if he was in discussed so I proceeded to let him know, I was coming to deliver some food for someone and b... read more
