Jarrod is very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. We met with 3 different realtors and Jarrod's presentation was by far the most inclusive with comparables and extensive plans to market. His signage at the house(s) were placed by a company that does just that and it is substantial signage! He has followed through with all of his promises and on schedule. Lots of showings with immediate notifications with feedback. Closing went smoothly as well. Excellent work!
