5/5. Great experience from start to finish. Peter was impressive at quarterbacking our stair runner project in Charlestown. Jim and John, who executed the install, were professional, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend these folks.
We just had Carpet Workroom install our carpet as the 2nd install (the first one was in our first home!) Their carpet selection is what carpet should be! In fact, we moved from MA to NY, and we loved them SO much that we hired them to install our carpet in our NY house! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
