Excellent experience! Walked into the store, had a quality conversation about products that met our needs and the owner was at our home measuring within the hour. We had buckling floors due to water damage and realized when other companies came in that it would be a potential issue they would not be able to deal with. He measured and noted that the current hardwood floors were nailed in.
