We had a great experience with Mateo who listened to what we wanted and worked with us to find us a great carpet for our stairs. Lots of choices and competitive pricing. Install went smoothly and Mateo followed up to see if we were happy with the product and installation. We will work with them in the future
We had an excellent experience with The Carpet Store. Miguel and the rest of the staff were very helpful from the first phone call to after the installation was complete. The installer was careful and did a great job. He also left the room very clean when he was finished. We are very pleased with the new flooring and would not hesitate to return for new projects. I highly recommend The Carpet Store!
Matteo was knowledgeable ,explaining advantages in their wide selection of products , checking availability and providing an estimate right away. The carpet arrived and was installed quickly. Rana and his assistant are personal and professional as they removed the old carpet , installed the new underlay and carpet on thirteen steps and a landing.They cleaned up and removed the old material. An excellent experience from start to finish.
My wife and I were looking for some vinyl flooring for our kitchen. We were told about The Carpet Store in Guelph, and we decided to check them out (we'd never heard of them before). They have a great selection of flooring options and competitive pricing. By far, however, the service and friendliness of the staff is what sets them apart.
