Matteo was knowledgeable ,explaining advantages in their wide selection of products , checking availability and providing an estimate right away. The carpet arrived and was installed quickly. Rana and his assistant are personal and professional as they removed the old carpet , installed the new underlay and carpet on thirteen steps and a landing.They cleaned up and removed the old material. An excellent experience from start to finish.

Great experience from The Carpet Store. Miguel was great - honest and always quick to reply. Installer George did a great job as well. Best price of the 4 quotes I received. Would highly recommend 👍🏻
From the first phone call to the installation, the experience was nothing but professional. The team is very knowledgeable about all of their products and helped inform my decision. The prices are very reasonable (better than other stores in Guelph). I highly recommend using their services.
