We had an excellent experience with the Carpet Store, getting a new runner made and installed for our staircase. Miguel was very helpful as he explained, our options and was always quick over email responding to my queries and coordinating the installation. The people who came to create the template and then install the carpeting were friendly and did a great job, arriving when expected. I plan to use the Carpet Store again for our next project (new luxury vinyl flooring for the bathroom).
