We don’t bother going anywhere else when we need to replace our carpets or hardwood floors. We did both this time! The prices at The Carpet Store are good by comparison. Miguel, the manager, listened to our needs and guided us to the products that would satisfy us in terms of colour, quality and cost. We took samples home to see for ourselves. We want to thank Miguel for referring us to his installer Mark who did an excellent job repairing our carpet. Mark went the extra mile and checked all of the carpeted rooms and stretched out the areas that required it. I will certainly recommend Mark and Carpet Barn team to my family and friends.

We purchased our hardwood and carpet at The Carpet Store in Guelph and couldn’t have asked for better service! Miguel was very kind and knowledgeable and the installers were fantastic as well. Their prices were also lower than competitors for the same product. We will recommend them again and again!
This a great business with such a reliable and diligent team of people. Everyone there, from the store manager to the carpet installers were patiently working with us to to accommodate our needs. The price for our carpet was the best that I could find outside of the Kitchener-Waterloo area and the service provided was exceptional. Thank you all @ The Carpet Store!
