We ordered flooring for an entire condo in Feb and they (Randy?) came out and measured. Was told shortly after that they could start any time. They did hold true to that however, after their first day there, we saw a lot of issues. They put down flooring that was glued down instead of "floating". It was obvious, based on the sub floor, that a floating floor was the only thing that would work. Being flooring experts, they should have known that. Wonderful experience with The Carpet Shoppe. Randy is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our home. The installers were super polite and extremely efficient and did an excellent job. Price was fair, will come here again the next time we need new flooring! Now our house truly looks like our home. Super nice folks to work with!

Randy was great to work with. He came out and measured quickly. The carpet was put in within a short amount of time. The installers did a good job. Very pleased with the overall experience.
