Terrible. The worst customer service experience EVER! The Owner RD Williams is incredibly rude. They put 2 DIFFERENT colors of carpet in my home and when they came to fix it they had the wrong color AGAIN! They have workers who do not speak English and when I spoke with the owner on the phone he told me "I don't have to fix it, you could take me to court"!!! The WORST business etiquette I have ever encountered. DON"T GO HERE FOR YOUR FLOORING!!!
