Let me start this off by saying the owner threatened to take me to court if I posted a negative review. So that should tell you straight away what sort of company this is. Back in April we needed some flooring work done but due to the quarantine we could not find anyone. This was the only local company that was working, even though they were considered non-essential. I have used this company for several years, and their work is impeccable. Today, I lost my dog. In his last few hours, he made quite a mess, because he was so sick. I called Bill, and he not only talked to me on the phone about his personal experience, but promised a crew would be at my house this afternoon. Chris and his crew showed up and did a great job, all while being sympathetic and kind. I honestly cannot say enough about this company. It is run and operated by truly wonderful people.

I called John to clean the air ducts of my rental. His crew immediately called my tenant to setup an appointment. Their attentiveness & good work keep my tenants happy & healthy. I would highly recommend his company. I will be a repeat customer!!
We’ve used the carpet and air duct man twice now. We couldn’t be happier with the services they provide! We had new carpet installed in our basement and they did a wonderful job! Today we had our air ducts cleaned as I was noticing dust around the vents. They were very detailed about each step and even let me look in the vents to see how they looked before and after. They don’t try to add on things you don’t need. They did a great job and my air ducts are so clean now. Very professional and nice people. Highly recommend!!!
