I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for a while, and their house blend is what really keeps me hooked. It’s well-balanced right from the first sip, smooth and not overly bitter, with a warm chocolatey base that finishes clean instead of lingering in a harsh way. You can tell it’s roasted with intention: it smells amazing when it hits the air, and even when I switch between espresso and drip, the flavors stay consistent.
