The staff is super sweet when they want you to move in and sign a lease but after you move in and you have actual concerns or issues, the staff begins to treat you terribly. I had a short but truly positive experience living at The Caroline. The community is beautifully maintained, safe, and in a great location. My apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent. What really stood out, however, was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. We just moved in, and we are adoring the community! The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and they helped make our move seamless. I was emailing with them back and forth throughout the process and not only was their response time impressively fast, but also super accommodating to our needs!
