Have lived in the Caroline for two years and have had the best experience. So sad to be leaving. Can not say one bad thing!! The building itself is incredible, and we have loved the location. More importantly, the entire team are amazing and are always so helpful and so kind. They’ve made the caroline feel like home! The amenities in the building are unmatched, with the most beautiful roof and peaceful lounge. The events the caroline throws are always great! Going to miss this place so much.

I have lived here for the past 5 years (including the Covid years) and I can say without a doubt that this is one of the best, if not best, run buildings in NYC. John & his team run such a tight ship - everything runs like clockwork - maintenance requests completed as soon as you raise them, all public places are impeccably clean, packages neatly kept/delivered and a great decorum throughout. I had a horrible living there in 2023. They charge you for very random things that other places I’ve lived in nyc never charged me for.

I cannot say enough great things about this building. The staff, management, building events, cleanliness and the package room are just a few of the things we love about this building. Thank you to the team for making this place so special. We recommend it to everyone.

I was harassed by a gentleman by the name of Andrew Gross apartment 814. He asked for my number and followed me even after I told him no. Please be on the look out for a suspicious man who apparently follows girls.
