Carole Downing has been nothing shy of excellent as a realtor. PROFESSIONAL, courteous, a cross the T’s & dot the I’s getting what needs to be done from start to finish for a sale. She goes beyond her job to contact you anytime/day to make sure everything goes smoothly before , during and after a sale. She sold my mother her home yrs ago, a home to my brother & sister and recently sold the home for the family. Compassionate, straightforward, knows the business inside and out.
