Cigars and drinks were good but the customer service was a 5. The waitresses did not come at all, and took a while to bring you your order when they did.
It’s a classy establishment and provides a nice atmosphere to spend a couple of hours with a Brandy (or any other drink you fancy), it’s also the only place in New York that has grandfather rights so you can enjoy a cigar.
Great cigar lounge. One of the best in NYC.
