Mrs Demetra is an amazing landlord. She's very understanding and works with you through whatever problems you may be having. I've lived here for going on 3 years and have never had any complaints about anything. It's a very clean and quiet apartment complex I would recommend anyone who is looking for an affordable and clean place to live to move here !

Update: We ended up having the AC fixed by 4/19! Beautiful apartments..been staying here for 6 years with no problems up until recently. We have been w/o Working AC for 5 days now. The AC stopped working over the weekend on Saturday 4/13/24.(how convenient) They have literally only had 1 maintenance guy from the time we moved in back in 2017 up until now. We have already put in a work order this past Monday 4/15/24. The maintenance guy says he'll call the "higher ups" to send someone to fix the AC for us and STILL nothing y... read more
