Ms. Demetra is so nice. I'm glad we finally got an apartment manager that is not going nowhere and care about the kids. My son loves her cooking more than mines loll.
I love everything about my home but I have THE WORST up stairs neighbors . Literally I call them the finstones cause that exactly what they sound like stomping all through out the night until 3-4 in the mornings waking my kids up on school nights ... I have spoken to the property manager numbers of time and they refuse to even help.
I’m strongly considering moving to this complex when my lease is up. The manager has answered every call and question I have had and I’m not even a tenant. I have passed by and from what I can see the property is well kept but due to it being a gated community I couldn’t see much. I do have a tour scheduled and I’m extremely excited.
Was very interested in this complex but I cannot reach anybody over the phone (I have contacted mutiple times at different hours)! I only get the answering service. Big red flag! And I see some other people have had similar issues, one review stating she couldn’t get ahold of anyone, from 4 YEARS AGO. That’s wild that the issues have not been fixed since.
I love living here! Management is very attentive and always available when I have any questions or concerns. My move in went very smooth and fast! The complex is always very quiet and everyone I have come across here is nice! If you’re thinking about making the Carlyle your new home, don’t hesitate! You’ll love it!
