Tenant for 5+ years - building shuts off AC access on early September each year but supposed to leave available until at least 10/1. The also delay turning on at beginning of season High rental increase each year. Poorly managed. Trying to shut down pool. Ask to speak with current tenant before signing lease.

Wonderful place to live in. Super comfortable, great staff and everyone is very helpful. I would love to move back
This is a fantastic building. Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful. The nicest front desk concierge, property manager, and handyman you’ll ever meet. My maintenance requests were always fixed within 24 hours. Heat, A/C, and hot water always working, great water pressure and electricity bills are always super low. I’ve never paid more than $26.00 a month in electric to PSE&G at this property. Outdoor pool is beautiful and we also have a gym on site too.
