So I have lived here for going on eight months now and I’m happy with the apartment, especially the size and layout and the community and upkeep in general. I will say I feel like there’s a real LACK OF COMMUNICATION whenever a non-maintenance problem arises (haven’t had any issues with maintenance to comment on). This place has took $400.00 of me and my husband’s hard earned money towards a down payment and 50.00 fee a peace for each of us said apartment office workers Erica and the other lady said we would get our money back 300.00 to be exact we’ve been told for 6 months now it’s on its way almost every other week at first then claiming they lost it in the mail claimed they would over nite it to the apartment months ago I have all this on bank statements to prove it plus messages from the office as well.. we worked hard for our mon... read more
We lived here for 3 years and had an AMAZING experience with Shaquil & Cindy. Always saw them walking around and went above and beyond to help you and acted like they truly cared. Maintenance requests were always done timely with the help of DJ and the maintenance team who were also really great. This property definitely had a huge loss when Shaquil & Cindy left, I’m sure they’re both the reason for Carlton’s high ratings.
