Anna is the most professional landlord and always takes care of any issues right away and I have loved having her as my landlord. She goes above and beyond.
I have lived in this building for a little over a year now. Very pleased with the manager Ana Rose and her attention to detail. If I have had a concern, it has been dealt with promptly. Very happy to have chosen to live here.
I've been here for a year now and still pleased staying here at The Carlton Apartments. It's a hidden gem downtown that is quiet, peaceful plus close to the river valley, LRT, bus stops, and other amenities. It's just the right space for me and the rent is reasonable. Ana is also such a wonderful building manager. She is kind, approachable, helpful, and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I feel very safe here and would recommend this place to anyone considering to live downtown.
