Since my move to the building in July I’ve experienced great people, friendly, polite. The manager Martin Schultzs goes beyond to make new comes welcomed. Great building safe and secure, with great amenities. The Carlton is a very good place to eat my hat.
Martin has been absolutely amazing to deal with. He is professional, respectful, understanding, and always willing to help me however he can. He made the whole process of finding a better unit feel so much easier and less stressful, and his kindness and communication truly stood out to me. The building is always clean, well maintained, and managed smoothly, which shows how much effort and care he puts into his work. Left it exactly how I entered it. Spent 4 hours cleaning, some how they found 8 hrs more cleaning, took off $350 of my security deposit.
