My partner and I have lived in this building for nine years now and love it. The location is fantastic (very central, pedestrian friendly), our unit is bright and comfortable, and John and Ken take great care of the building. Any time we've had issues, they were addressed quickly. Would definitely recommend 335 Cooper to anyone looking to rent in this neighbourhood. :)

I see several reviews appreciating John Harte, and I would like to add my voice. He certainly goes above and beyond to help make life here as smooth as possible and is a friend to many of the residents.
