Very disappointing experience with The CareSide. Payments are constantly delayed — not by days, but by weeks or even months. Invoices are submitted on time, approved, and the work is completed, yet payments are still not made as agreed. Communication is extremely poor. Emails are often ignored, and when you try to call, your call is endlessly transferred between different staff members. No one seems to know what is going on or who is responsible. Excellent. All of the carers get along very well with my wife, who has MND and advanced dementia. The Care Side has demonstrated responsiveness to my wife's changing care needs and always communicates well with us, even on the off chance that a carer is unwell and unable to attend. Pricing is reasonable.
