The CareSide currently owes me $966 in unpaid reimbursements, excluding my latest invoice dated 28 October. Five unpaid invoices go back to August. Despite repeated follow-ups, I am still waiting. I am 84 and have paid these expenses out of my own pocket. I now face dipping into my savings again to pay my cleaner this week because The CareSide has not reimbursed me. Worst possible care and support. No communication. Waiting two weeks for a cleaner to turn up when I'm not attending therapy or seeing doctors due to COVID vaccine injury and serious chronic fatigue and dysautonomia, so rubbish in the kitchen just piles up as I have no energy to take it out.
