Worst possible care and support. No communication. Waiting two weeks for a cleaner to turn up when I'm not attending therapy or seeing doctors due to COVID vaccine injury and serious chronic fatigue and dysautonomia, so rubbish in the kitchen just piles up as I have no energy to take it out. Communication. if you can call it that is via a Philippines call centre, and then no one returns your calls for help to get support like cleaning. the service is hopeless they don’t return calls don’t follow instructions don’t manage your plan properly send unqualified service people if your looking for a cleaner they will or may send a person whom has no idea they don’t have adequate training if or at all avoid this stressful experience move on if your lucky you may get a returned call in about 4 weeks or if lucky 3 weeks later consistently make arrangements then cancel those arrangements. just poorly managed from beginning to end.

Engaged The CareSide in late March 2026 to provide self-managed Home Care Package services for my elderly parents. While initially favourably impressed, our subsequent experience was disappointing. We experienced poor communication, repeated delays requiring follow-up, inconsistent information regarding funding and approvals, delays with occupational therapist-recommended equipment, and significant delays in processing caregiver and service provider invoices. We have been with The Careside for several years.... the support my elderly Mum has received has been fantastic. We have a self managed package but whenever I have needed assistance for mum, our beautiful Case manager Grace has been brilliant, her care, patience, kindness and support outstanding. Promptly arranging orders, obtaining products and information have made everything so much easier. Couldn't have got through without you Grace. Cannot thank you enough xx
