Carers were not the problem. Administration are terrible. Never get back to you. Keep changing care managers so you lose the paper trail. Continuing taking money from our account a month after services were discontinued. Still waiting for this to be sorted.

I have been with the Care Side for almost a year, and have been very happy with the service. I have a number of ladies and they have all been friendly and very helpful. The rod in my wardrobe broke, and all my clothing fell down. I hung them around the house until I fixed it. There was no way in the world I could fix it. On day my cleaning lady asked why my things were hanging on the door knobs. I Told her the story.
