My experience with Traditions Health Hospice was very disappointing. My wife was getting care from the Cleveland Clinic Palliative Care department for cholangiocarcinoma. When first diagnosed we knew it was a terminal disease but were hoping for time . When it was necessary to change to Hospice the Cleveland Clinic did not offer home care in our county . We were given a list of local hospice caregivers and Tradition was listed. They had a good rating so we decided to use them. My wife received inadequate care from the very b... read more
This company says that they are caring and compassionate, but their passive attitude contradicts what they say. After my husband was admitted to the hospital due to their negligence, he passed away from something that was not even related to his reason for being on hospice. He suffered terribly and they gave no help. Please consider looking elsewhere for a hospice company.
Brenda, Ralph, Pam, Ebony, and anyone else who came to our home and assisted with the care of my mom were wonderful! Ebony is very caring and the sweetest person ever! My brother and I appreciate Pam so much for her help and caring when our mom passed. Staying until the funeral home picked her up, and assisting with finding one since she never discussed where she wanted cremated.
