I lived here in 2021-2022. The staff was INCREDIBLY RUDE and I heard from my neighbors about too many alleged crimes happening here. There were a lot of car break ins, and the intercom system never worked so you still had to come all the way to your outside door which is a bit of a maze to get to. While mostly acceptable, the building has a serious package theft problem. Management is unwilling or unable to assist when contacted and given proof. There is a package locker system that gets used by about 20% of delivery people and there is very little organization of packages generally. There is a lady names April. She is very rude. She sit at front desk.I approached the front desk for help with an issue for maintenance — my dryer was not opening at all. Instead of offering assistance in a professional manner, the staff member spoke to me rudely and showed a dismissive attitude. Current management is very bad. Behave very rudely. Please change management. I live here from 2 years.
