I have lived here, I am not a fan at all of this complex. The staff was very rude. There is barely any semblance of upkeep, I have lost count of the times I've walked in the halls with stains on the floor. Getting repairs done is like pulling teeth as well. And then when I wanted to leave early they still wanted to charge for two months past when I was leaving. On top of that they had their fire alarms going off almost weekly at night. Apartment is great until there is a maintenance issue, which now doesn’t surprise me after seeing the reviews. We lived in the cardinal for six months. About six weeks prior to leaving we had a leak in our ceiling due to a rain storm. It simply was never fixed. It continued to rain, more rain came into the apartment and leaked all night long. We begged for simply a response from maintenance, someone we could talk to beyond just the front desk or putting a report. There was no response at all even after sharing we were unable... read more
Update … I received a call after this post and was able to complete an application. Jeremy was very informative and helpful.
I’ve tried to reach this complex all day long. They promised a call back at 11a. I have some questions regarding a lease but they don’t reply. Is this normal?
